Short Track Speed Skating dry-land

Dry-land exercises are every bit as important to short track speed skating as the actual ice time is. Dray-land training is focusing most on a technique and work with conditioning training , strength, speed, agility ,balance/coordination and flexibility. The sessions take place at the Gym O Gym. Tuesdays - 6:30 - 7:30pm (age 10-14) Tuesday - 7:30- 8:30pm (age 15 and up) Friday - 6:30 - 7:30pm (age 6-10) Friday- 7:30 - 8:30pm (age 10- 14)
